What the role is: Digital Customer Experience Rep

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer‑focused individual who wants to make a real impact on the customer journey. Not just by supporting customers when they need it most, but by helping shape how we use the latest digital tools and AI to deliver faster, smarter and more human support.
As a Digital Customer Experience Rep, you’ll be a vital part of a forward‑thinking digital team. You’ll be there to hand‑hold customers when they need reassurance, solve problems when things aren’t straightforward, and make sure every interaction puts the customer firmly at the centre of what we do.
At the same time, you’ll be working in an environment that’s constantly evolving. We’re actively exploring how AI and digital innovation can improve the customer experience. This role offers opportunities to be involved in that journey, learn how AI is shaping customer service, and grow your career alongside these changes.

Where are we:
Our office is based in a rural location in Surrey (Godalming) therefore own transport is needed.
Training will need to be completed in the office, likely duration approximately 4 weeks. After training we offer a hybrid model of home and office-based working. You will be required to be in the office approximately twice a week after training is completed.
Hours:
We work a 35 hour per week between Monday to Saturday; shift patterns to be agreed.
