We are an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team with a strong ethos of mentoring and development.We rely on our support staff to help us monitor and review the nutritional intake of some of the patients under our care and ensure they receive this care in a timely manner. .Main duties of the jobWe are looking for someone who is organised, likes to work in a community healthcare environment and enjoys completing administrative tasks to support patient care.You will help to man our main telephone line, take messages and ensure clinical actions are handed over to the relevant team member.
