DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer Full Time NEW

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to join our platform and infrastructure team. The role focuses on building, operating, and supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS, enabling engineering teams through automation, infrastructure as code, and reliable CI/CD pipelines.This position blends core DevOps engineering with some operational support responsibilities, working closely with application and engineering teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.What Will You Be DoingDesign, build, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily in AWS, using Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation)Implement and maintain configuration management using Ansible (or equivalent tools such as Chef or other configuration management systems)Support and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systemsProvide DevOps‑related support to engineering teams, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated build, test, and deployment workflowsWork with Linux‑based infrastructure as the primary platform, with some Windows Server environmentsWrite and maintain automation and operational scripts using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShellManage and collaborate on code using Git (GitLab preferred), following best practices for version control and code reviewContribute to improving platform standards, documentation, and operational processesSkills And ExperienceProven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar roleStrong experience with AWS cloud infrastructureHands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally AWS CloudFormationExperience with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible (experience with Chef or similar tools is also acceptable)Solid Linux systems administration experienceExperience with version control systems, particularly GitFamiliarity with CI/CD concepts and toolingAbility to write scripts and automation using at least one of Python, Bash, or PowerShellDesirable Skills And ExperiencePrevious support or operational experience (beneficial but not essential)Experience supporting multiple engineering teams in a shared platform or DevOps enablement roleWindows Server administration experienceExperience with GitLab CI or similar pipeline toolingKnowledge of monitoring, alerting, and reliability practicesWhat’s In It For YouOur rapidly growing, award-winning business offers a dynamic environment for talented, entrepreneurial professionals to achieve results and grow their careers.
