Despatch Assistant Full Time NEW

Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Despatch Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, helping deliver a great experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare parcels for shipment, including labelling and documentation
• Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
• Manage stock levels and report any discrepancies
• Assist with goods-in deliveries and stock organisation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Work to daily despatch targets and deadlines
• Support the wider team with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic IT skills (for order systems and shipping platforms)
• Previous warehouse or despatch experience is preferred but not essential

Desirable:

• Experience with e-commerce fulfilment
• Familiarity with courier systems (e.g. DHL, DPD, etc.)
• Interest in sports or memorabilia (if relevant to your business)
