Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Despatch Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, helping deliver a great experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare parcels for shipment, including labelling and documentation
- Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
- Manage stock levels and report any discrepancies
- Assist with goods-in deliveries and stock organisation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Work to daily despatch targets and deadlines
- Support the wider team with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic IT skills (for order systems and shipping platforms)
- Previous warehouse or despatch experience is preferred but not essential
Desirable:
- Experience with e-commerce fulfilment
- Familiarity with courier systems (e.g. DHL, DPD, etc.)
- Interest in sports or memorabilia (if relevant to your business)
