About the role
Dates: Course Dates 27/06/26 – 01/08/26
Pay package: £900 per week + holiday pay
Additional benefits: Accommodation and selected meals included; paid training; enhanced DBS provided (if required)
Working pattern: Saturday to Saturday, up to 65 hours per week on a shift pattern with overnight duties. 1 day off per week.
Reports to: Centre Director
As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a central role in the smooth and effective delivery of our courses. You will support the Centre Director in leading the team, ensuring high standards across all operational and pastoral areas, and act as the senior decision-maker in their absence.
