LUCEO Dental is a cosmetic dental practice located on Wimpole Street, London. We specialise in creating beautiful, confidence renewing smiles – our ethos is to create the best version of your smile – with a priority on natural looking results. We provide a full range of dental treatments including Invisalign, Porcelain Veneers, Dental Implants, Crowns, Bridges, Composite Bonding, and Teeth Whitening. Our Principal dentist is Dr. Tom Crawford-Clarke.

We are creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both our patients and team members. Our interior design helped us create a dental clinic that’s relaxing and comfortable, with a high-end member’s club feel.

Your Role: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll welcome patients into the clinic and guide them through their dental journey, explain treatment plans, manage appointments, and provide key information on treatment options and fees, both in-person and through video consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients into the clinic, managing appointments, collecting information and ensuring the diary runs smoothly.
• Providing invoices and taking payments.
• Dealing with enquiries and making them aware of the services we offer.
• Building strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and answering any questions.
• Holding video consultations with patients to discuss available treatments and provide transparent information on fees and financial options.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Managing Labwork coming in and out of the clinic.
• Reminding patients about their upcoming appointments.
• Presenting treatment plans in a clear and understandable manner.
• Managing follow-up appointments and monitoring patient progress.
• Providing financial options and helping patients make the most of their dental benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, articulate communicator with a passion for patient care.
• Comfortable conducting video consultations and explaining treatment options and fees clearly.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare coordination role (preferred but not essential).
• A desire to grow and succeed as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Treatment Coordinator Experience preferred
• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Diary management skills
• Clerical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
