You will be a vital part of a team that maintains a strict 1:4 staff-to-member ratio, ensuring that every interaction is purposeful and high-quality.Your ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement: Plan and deliver dynamic, cognitive-stimulating activities tailored to our members’ histories and preferences.Maintain the “Rainbow Standard”: Ensure the club environment is always professional, welcoming, and safe.Build Relationships: Act as a primary point of contact for family members, providing them with peace of mind and regular, professional updates.Observe & Support: Monitor members’ well-being and proactively communicate any changes to the management team.Collaborative Working: Work closely with the Regional Director to maintain our reputation as the premier dementia care provider in Bromley.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for “A-Players.” You should apply if:You are experienced: You have a proven track record in dementia care and understand the nuances of the condition.You are a professional: Your reliability is unmatched.
