Your Roles And Responsibilities Will Include

• Visiting customers in their homes to discuss their missed payments and to support them in finding the best way forward for both the customer and the client.
• Responsible for recording every aspect of the process being carried out which is done on an app, in a compliant and legal manner, in accordance with the comprehensive training provided.
• Treading a fine line between balancing high emotions, maintaining FCA compliance and acting within the law.

As a Debt Recovery Agent for Anglia UK, these are just a few of the key skills you’ll need to help customers get back on track with their finances. You may not have heard of Anglia UK but we are a trusted partner to the country’s largest car finance providers. So it’s us they turn to when customers struggle to make their repayments.

Supported by our head office operations team, your role will be to meet with customers in their homes to discuss missed payments and agree the best way forward.

You must be trustworthy, methodical and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You need to be able to remain calm and professional under pressure and in the face of difficult and challenging situations. Ideally you will have good mathematical ability and also be computer literate.

Experience in credit management or a customer service role is advantageous but full training will be provided. We also provide use of a vehicle and all fuel costs covered.

You Must Be

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Flexible in the hours you work.
• Be able to travel wide distances with the possibility of several overnight stays per week.
• Have excellent people skills.
• Hold a clean driving licence (3 points or less).
• Have NO CCJ’s
• Over 25 years old.
