Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Data & Systems Coordinator to support the ongoing management, improvement and integration of our business systems. This role is key to ensuring our data is accurate, up to date and actively used to support both internal decision making and customer growth.
You will be comfortable working across multiple platforms, maintaining high data standards and exploring how emerging tools, including AI, can enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage data across multiple business systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability
- Review and improve existing processes to ensure data remains current and relevant
- Support system integration and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements and improve system usage
- Produce reporting and insights to support operational and commercial decisions
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, customer experience and growth
- Act as a central point of contact for system queries, updates and improvements
About You
- Experience in a data, systems or operational role, or the ability to demonstrate relevant transferable skills
- Experience within sectors such as distribution, facilities management, hygiene, logistics or similar is beneficial, but not essential
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Naturally curious, with a mindset geared towards improvement and efficiency
- Confident exploring new technologies, including AI tools
- Strong communication skills, able to support colleagues across the business
