This position should have knowledge of data privacy laws that are applicable to the adtech and advertising industry. The position will coordinate across senior-level business, engineering, and system administration stakeholders to implement data privacy by design and default into existing and future proprietary systems. This role will navigate between strategic business objectives and system/process concepts.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll doEmbed data privacy across our UK agenciesBe the go‑to expert on UK GDPR & data protectionPartner with global Privacy, Security, Tech, and Agency teamsChampion privacy‑by‑design across systems and vendorsLead DPIAs, vendor due diligence, and risk activityTranslate regulation into clear, practical business solutionsSupport senior stakeholders and client conversationsWhat You’ll BringStrong experience in data privacy, ideally within adtech, media, or a regulated industrySolid knowledge of UK & EU data protection lawsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a matrix environmentExperience supporting Subject Access Requests (desirable)Familiarity with privacy tools such as OneTrustConfidence working with technical and non‑technical stakeholdersIAPP certification (CIPP/E, CIPM) or willingness to become certifiedComfortable working in a global, distributed teamKey SkillsInfluential, confident communicatorPragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to complianceHighly organised, resilient, and deadline‑drivenCollaborative mindset with strong judgement and attention to detailWe’ll share the full role details with candidates whose experience closely aligns with what we’re looking for.Additional InformationPublicis Groupe offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
