Jordana Ticia Cosmetics is hiring a Customer Support & Brand Assistant to support both customer experience operations and the day toy day running of our growing beauty brand.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys customer communication, operational support and working within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service across email, social media DMs, comments and reviews

• Supporting administrative and organisational tasks across the business

• Providing PA support and assisting with business coordination

• Assisting with launches, PR and wider operational projects

• Supporting the wider team where needed

Preferred experience:

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong written communication skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with Shopify and TikTok Shop is beneficial

As a social focused brand, all team members may occasionally be involved in brand content and campaigns where needed. However, this is not a social media or content creator role.

Hybrid working structure:

• 3 office days

• 2 remote working days
