Shift patterns: 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 with a 30 minute unpaid break

You could be our next Customer Services Team Member to join our team to ensure accurate processing of orders and providing query resolution within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) setting. You’ll be in an open plan office, part of a team of 30 to work together to maintain healthy supply chain flow.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Responding and managing customer queries via e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
• Investigating and resolving any customer queries over the phone and e-mail.
• Frequent collaboration across the departments to support business objectives.

✅this Role Would Suit People Who

• Have practical experience in a customer service role or similar.
• Can demonstrate their strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Showcase their excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to complete daily tasks.
• Can use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or similar.
