We are the South West’s leading independent TV & appliance repair centre providing workshop repair facilities and in-home support for home entertainment equipment and domestic appliances.
We are an energetic and customer focused service based company and now seeking likeminded individuals to join our team at our new location in Buckfastleigh.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our company. The position is in a fast-paced environment and requires the successful candidate to have exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal skills and a willingness to take direction.
Responsibilities:
· Booking repair jobs from various provider online portals.
· Providing updates to customers over the phone or via email or text.
· Communicating effectively with workshop and mobile engineers to discuss repairs in progress.
· Discussing costs and potential solutions for repairs with customers, manufacturers and retailers.
· Assisting in the identification and procurement of parts required to complete a repair, receiving them from the supplier, booking in and allocating to an engineer and contacting the customer to arrange a visit to complete the repair.
Requirements:
. Good telephone manner and able to stay calm under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications would be advantageous.
· Must have a full UK Driving license
· Must be physically fit enough to handle large parts (TV screens and washing machine drums)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
