You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents and customers. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Housing services, you’ll aim to resolve queries at the first opportunity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service every time.
This role suits someone who is customer-focused, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident using digital systems, able to handle a range of enquiries sensitively, and motivated to continuously improve the way services are delivered. xlqdzyr
