Customer Relations Representative — Cardiff
Field-Based Role | Full Training Provided | Self-Employed Opportunity
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing customer engagement team in Cardiff.
This is an entry-level, field-based role involving face-to-face customer interaction across residential and event-based campaigns. The position is ideal for individuals looking to develop practical communication, customer service, and sales skills within a supportive team environment.
No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in person to provide information about products and services
* Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
* Assist customers with enquiries and onboarding processes where appropriate
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using digital systems
* Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve campaign objectives
* Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
What We’re Looking For

* Organised and reliable approach to work
* Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment
* Comfortable working outdoors and travelling locally within Cardiff
* Basic IT literacy and confidence using mobile applications
* Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 full working days per week
* Must be aged 18 or over and have the legal right to work in the UK
