We’re working with a growing technology-led organisation looking to bring in a Customer Experience Representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional service across their customer base.

This is a highly visible position where you’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to ongoing support and relationship management.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate. This includes onboarding new clients, managing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring consistently high service standards.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced IT & communications environment, where organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Act as the primary interface for customer relationships
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients
• Proactively engage customers to assess satisfaction and identify issues
• Support and contribute to service review meetings

Onboarding

• Manage onboarding of new customers across internal systems
• Prepare and issue contracts and welcome packs
• Introduce customers to key contacts and engagement processes

Problem & Request Management

• Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
• Monitor feedback and proactively address concerns
• Manage incoming requests via phone, email, and web within SLA
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers

Performance & Reporting

• Support service performance reporting and customer reviews
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates
• Contribute to internal knowledgebase and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service or account management experience
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience in IT, telecoms, or a technical environment is desirable
