Customer Experience Executive – Customer Care
Fixed term contract – 12 months
Location: Milton Keynes (Offering a hybrid format of 2 days in the office)
Reporting to: Customer Experience Team Leader
As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team.
As a Customer Care Specialist in the Customer Experience Team you’ll be part of a Team who are passionate about delivering first class service and making a real difference for our customers. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, which means we want to make things easy and get things right for them first time – every time. You’ll be handling inbound contact via phone, emails, social media and live chat to help answer queries and empower our customers to get the most out of their membership through all the exciting tools Rightmove has to offer.
