About CRM Champion…
CRM Champion is a growing CRM consultancy helping organisations — particularly in the training sector — select, implement, and optimise Zoho-based systems. We focus on delivering practical, commercially effective solutions that improve how businesses operate, sell, and grow.
We’re now looking for a sales-focused CRM Consultant to help convert demand into long-term client relationships.
The Role…
You’ll be working with warm prospects, guiding them through discovery, demonstrating value, and helping them understand how CRM Champion can improve their organisation.
You’ll be expected to combine sales ability with product understanding — particularly across Zoho CRM and the wider Zoho ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Qualifying warm leads and scheduling discovery calls
- Hosing discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business, processes, and challenges
- Delivering consultative sales conversations, focusing on outcomes rather than features
- Supporting and delivering Zoho CRM demos (with technical support where required)
- Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities through to close
- Producing and/or contributing to proposals and commercial discussions
- Working closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Identifying opportunities for upsell and longer-term client value
What We’re Looking For…
Essential
- ~2–4 years’ experience in a sales, pre-sales, or CRM consulting role
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and associated Zoho platforms
- Comfortable running client-facing conversations and demos
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to translate business needs into solutions
- Commercial awareness — a strong understanding of how clients measure value
Desirable
- Experience with the wider Zoho ecosystem (Campaigns, Books, Forms, etc.)
- Experience selling into SMEs or service-based businesses
- Exposure to process mapping / CRM implementations
- Interest in AI, automation, and business systems
