Job description: Job Duties Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the country-level strategy aligned with Landmark’s global and regional objectives. Build and maintain a 3–5-year growth roadmap, including market expansion, portfolio penetration, and competitive positioning. Translate corporate strategy into actionable operating plans, driving sustainable revenue growth. Financial & P&L Ownership Own full P&L responsibility for the country, including revenue, margins, operating expenses, and forecasting. Drive disciplined financial management, ensuring profitability and cash flow targets are met. Lead pricing, contract negotiation, and commercial governance. Sales, Growth & Market Expansion Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts. Expand Landmark’s software, cloud, digital, and consulting services footprint within the region. Identify new verticals, partners, and go-to-market models to accelerate growth. Actively participate in executive-level customer engagements and deal closures. Customer & Partner Relationships Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders at key customers. Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction across all engagements. Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships (technology, system integrators, resellers). People Leadership & Culture Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, diverse country organization. Build leadership bench strength and succession plans. Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with Landmark’s values and operating principles. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal standards, and corporate governance. Act as the escalation point for operational, financial, or delivery risks within the country. Represent Landmark with local authorities, industry bodies, and trade associations. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Experience 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT services, or digital consulting. Proven experience in general management or country leadership roles with full P&L ownership. Strong background in scaling technology businesses across European markets. Demonstrated success working in matrixed, global organizations. Skills & Competencies Strong commercial acumen and executive-level negotiation skills. Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and services delivery models. High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and people leadership capability. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
