From prototype to real-world impact – be part of a global shift by doing work that matters.Job DescriptionOur Corporate Legal Counsels support Endava’s in-house legal function by providing corporate legal advice across a broad range of matters, including governance, public company compliance, M&A support, treasury, restructurings and global expansion.Working under the guidance of senior legal colleagues, this role partners closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Sales and other business teams to support informed commercial decision-making.
