Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Corporate Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and market presence. The Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively manage key accounts while contributing to overall sales objectives. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis and developing business plans to drive strategic decision-making amongst senior HR professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate market trends and business performance
- Experience in business planning and strategic development
- Proven customer service and account management expertise
- Demonstrated success in sales and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership or senior business development role is a plus
