Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and related documentation
• Maintain contract databases and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
• Support the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contract queries
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track financial data related to contracts
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs
• Prepare reports on contract status, performance, and financials
• Support audits and ensure documentation is compliant with company procedures
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a contract support, administration, or similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good understanding of contract processes and basic financial procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Maximo, SAP)
• Knowledge of service contracts or facilities management
• Basic financial or accounting knowledge
