We’re looking for someone with prior experience in fleet or vehicle operations to join our team. Reporting to the Fleet Senior Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our vehicle operations. Supporting both the Senior Administrator and Manager, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly while contributing to the development and delivery of our wider strategy.
In this role, you’ll maintain accurate records and support the effective running of daily operations. You’ll oversee key administrative processes, including compliance tracking, driver documentation and licence checks, as well as managing, fuel cards, purchase orders, invoicing, all fines and reporting. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll provide guidance to drivers, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure vehicles are safe, compliant and ready for use, while also supporting the wider team where needed.
We’re looking for someone with proven administrative experience, strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office, able to prioritise a varied workload, and comfortable working with data to produce clear and accurate records. A background in customer service is important, along with a proactive approach to learning and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality service. It is desirable that you have some experience in Fleet or Fleet Management.

With hybrid working, base locations across England, and flexible arrangements, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. This is a hybrid role with a base at our Stevenage office, where you’ll be expected to attend at least one day per week. The role also requires flexibility to travel across the region as needed, with occasional visits to your base office and other Clarion offices when required.
