Contract Administrator [209895] Full Time NEW

The Contract Administrator will support the Consumer Products EMEA business by managing the approval process for proposed licence agreements, inputting deal terms into the contracts database, carrying out conflict checks, drafting contracts and amendments, coordinating document execution, and maintaining both physical and digital records.

Role Accountabilities

• Input licence agreement details and amendments into the global database.
• Ensure all licence deal requests are accurate and complete.
• Obtain and follow up on approvals for licence deal requests from relevant internal stakeholders and third parties.
• Conduct conflict checks within the database for licence deal requests.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on the execution of standard licence agreements.
• Draft and prepare amendments to licence agreements.
• Provide database information to colleagues and agents across the EMEA region and respond to routine contractual queries.
• Liaise with colleagues and agents in the EMEA region to track the progress of licence agreements and amendments.
• Work closely with other Contract Administrators to prioritise and allocate workload effectively.
• Maintain organised digital filing systems for deal requests, agreements and related correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in database entry and preparation of standard documents.
• Experience with administrative processes and procedures.
• Proven administrative experience within a legal and/or international environment.
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail, including proofreading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong typing skills.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional and mature approach, with the ability to manage a substantial workload.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
• Working knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish or German would be advantageous.
