Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Student Navigator to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery.
This is a key role supporting learners undertaking Continuing Professional Development (CPD), post‑qualification, work‑based learning, and postgraduate provision. You will act as a central point of coordination from application through to enrolment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth, timely, and supportive student experience.
Working closely with academic teams, professional services, and external partners—including NHS Trusts—you will help remove barriers, resolve process delays, and ensure students are well‑informed, supported, and ready to begin their learning.
The role plays a critical part in improving engagement, reducing administrative burden on academic teams, and enhancing the quality and consistency of the student journey across CPD provision.
