Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Administrator based in Oxford, United Kingdom. The Construction Site Administrator will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, supporting project management activities, and ensuring construction processes run smoothly. The role demands close attention to detail and a proactive approach in handling site requirements and administrative processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong administration experience.
Experience of working as a Site Administrator on a Construction site is essential.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft programmes, especially Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, diligent and methodical.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good team player.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
