With style!Currently we’re looking for a Construction/Site Manager for one of our prestigious London based projects.Responsibilities involve: Overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations across commercial cut and carve, refurbishment, and new build projectsManaging subcontractors, site teams, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality deliveryDriving programme performance and resolving site issues to keep works on trackEnsuring full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standardsManaging QA processes, inspections, and defect close out, ideally using Field ViewCoordinating with project, commercial, and design teams to support successful project deliveryMonitoring workmanship and ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and company standardsManaging site reporting, documentation, and handover processes through to completionWe’re Looking For:Demonstrable experience with Cut & Carve/Refurb & New Build Commercial Projects.
