Due to continued growth and several new contract wins, we are expanding our cleaning teams and looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to be part of a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

We are recruiting dependable cleaners to work across new build housing sites. Your role will involve preparing homes, show homes, and site cabins to a high standard, ensuring every property is clean, presentable, and ready for viewing or handover.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed hours and competitive pay
• Cleaners: £12.75 – £13.25 per hour (30-hour contract, typically 30–35+ hours per week)
• Senior Cleaners: £14.50 per hour (30-hour contract, typically 35+ hours per week)
• Performance bonuses available
• Monday to Friday working schedule
• Start times from 7:30am, so you can enjoy your evenings

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months, able to drive a small van)
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• A positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
• Comfortable with a physically active role, including lifting and moving items when required
• Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team
