This is a part‑time opportunity within our Aviation business, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the Skyways Conference Centre. You’ll be the welcoming face of the centre, ensuring bookings, facilities, and meeting spaces are delivered smoothly for customers and colleagues.
The role
As a Conference and Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the efficient running of a busy conference facility. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you’ll ensure meeting spaces are prepared, systems are kept up to date, and events run without issue.

This is a part‑time, onsite role, working 20 hours per week (4 hours Wednesday, 8 hours Thursday and Friday) at RAF Wyton.

Qualifications for the Conference and Facilities Coordinator:
GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
