This role blends analytical insight with operational delivery and is key to supporting the People and Total Rewards teams during an important transition and transformation phase. You will assist with implementing and maintaining the job architecture post-project, support the upcoming annual compensation review, and provide guidance and support to multiple stakeholders on day-to-day compensation activities.This role is a 6 month fixed term contract to support our ongoing job architecture project.Responsibilities Job Architecture & MaintenanceSupport the Head of Reward in embedding the output of the job architecture project across the organisation.Assist with ongoing maintenance, updates and quality control of the job architecture framework and tools as part of governance.Coordinate data and documentation related to job descriptions, grading and mapping activities.Annual Compensation ReviewSupport the process owner in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation review process.Produce and check compensation data, analysis and modelling to support decisions and recommendations. Help manage queries from the People Business Partners and the business.Help configure and manage annual review elements within the HRIS/compensation modules. Execute all tasks delegated by the process owner.Operational Reward ActivitiesRespond to internal requests related to compensation benchmarking, job evaluations and grade recommendations.Prepare and interpret market data, internal analyses and participation in survey submissions.Administer the vesting process of RSS awards from April to July.Maintain documentation for ad hoc benchmarking and pay change requests. Support the People Business Partners on job matching, particularly when advice and recommendations are needed.Work with the People Tech team to ensure data accuracy, integrity and generate reports as needed.Stakeholder EngagementWork with People Business Partners, People Tech, People Ops and Payroll to coordinate compensation outcomes.Support clear communication and rollout of processes and tools with internal stakeholders.Who You AreExperience in compensation or total rewards analytics (corporate HR environment preferred)Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data insightsProficiency in Excel (or equivalent) and experience with HRIS (ideally HiBob)Excellent organisational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamClear communicator with ability to engage stakeholders at different levelsExperience with job architecture frameworks and market benchmarking toolsUnderstanding of global grading systems such as Willis Towers Watson or RadfordPrior exposure to annual compensation review cyclesWorking ArrangementsThe majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required.AI usage for your applicationWe are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
