Community Staff Nurse (open to Newly Qualified Nurses) Full Time

Job OverviewFarnborough Community Nursing team are looking to appoint a Community Staff Nurse.Applicants can be newly qualified, or experienced, as full training, and support will be offered. We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals who wish to provide high standard nursing care to people in their own homes.With excellent links to local universities, inhouse university credited modules the training and development we are able to offer is first class, allowing rapid upskilling and support with new skills.Newly qualified staff will have access to a preceptorship program and a specific clinical upskilling program to support their transition from student to RN.We would welcome applications from newly qualified nurses and we provide a very comprehensive and fully supported Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified healthcare professionalsThis post is for 30hrs per week. There will be an expectation for the successful candidates to work weekends, late shifts and bank holidays pro rata. Our late shift covers until 8pmYou must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work.
