Your Role
As a Community Engagement Executive at Mash Media, you’ll build, grow, and engage event and media communities within your assigned portfolios. You’ll deliver targeted delegate acquisition campaigns, manage awards engagement, and foster lasting relationships across your networks.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute delegate acquisition campaigns for assigned brands.
· Support management of Power100s and awards submission processes.
· Liaise with community members and partners to drive engagement.
· Track engagement metrics and report performance insights.
· Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
· Represent Mash Media at industry events to grow networks and visibility.
KPIs
· Growth in delegate and community member engagement.
· Timely and effective campaign delivery.
· Positive feedback from community partners and stakeholders.
Success Measurements
· Enhanced brand presence and loyalty within the community.
· Consistent delegate growth across events.
· Strong collaboration with senior community and marketing leads.
