What You’ll Bring – Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience – 3–7+ years’ experience in aviation MRO, aerospace, repair operations, or a similar customer service environment – Proven experience managing AOG situations and time-critical logistics – Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly SD and MM modules (PM knowledge would be advantageous) – Familiarity with MRO systems, aviation ERP tools, and repair order processes – Understanding of airworthiness documentation and aviation regulatory compliance requirements – Advanced Excel and reporting skills – Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and compliance – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment – Lean or Six Sigma experience is desirable
