Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redcar for a Co-ordinator & Customer Sales Support position. The role involves managing customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting administrative processes, and coordinating sales support activities. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer requests, maintaining accurate records, managing orders, developing client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

• Excellent Administrative Assistance and organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and manage sales processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing customer and sales processes.
• Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within a related industry is advantageous.
