Captain is a marketing decision engine for brands that agencies cannot serve. It takes simple inputs and returns an evidence-backed media plan and measurement dashboard. No platform bias. Just independent, defensible guidance on where to put your budget.
A very basic, AI-coded prototype exists to prove the concept. The real product does not. That is where you come in.
The role
This is a co-founder position (not a hire). You would own the technical architecture from scratch. Stack, infrastructure, data layer, rules engine, AI integration. Every technical decision is yours to make and deliver.
The first 90 days would be workshopping the product vision together and starting the build. No inherited decisions or bureaucracy.

A working prototype, a clear product vision, a defined commercial model and early investor interest.
The partnership
