Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care at Cygnet Lodge Kenton.You will be expected to work 38.5 hours per week, working days and nights shifts across a 7 day rota. The working pattern is 07.30hrs to 20.00hrs for day shift and 19.30hrs to 08.00hrs for a night shift.Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North-West London, offers a flexible mental health rehabilitation service for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.Your day-to-day…Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of services Maintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvement Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and Compliance Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under N MC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines Why Cygnet?
