The Hewitt Fertility Centre is one of Britain’s largest Reproductive Medicine units providing a comprehensive service to both NHS and fee paying patients.The Hewitt Fertility Centre is wholly committed to providing a high quality service to patients who attend the centre, for a range of fertility related investigations and treatments.An opportunity has arisen within The Hewitt Fertility Centre at Liverpool for a Clinical PA, who is a bright, committed, and enthusiastic individual. You would be working within a rapidly developing service and should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. A background in an administration role including PA skills is essential.The post holder will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to designated clinical teams as described as receiving support in the Service Specification.Undertaking a range of duties including diary management, clinical typing, administrative support to consultants and other staff members within the Hewitt Centre, dealing with clinic correspondence, letters and reports as required, document creation, leave management, email management as agreed. The post holder will be a key interface for patient enquiries, correspondence and for supporting clinicians’ in managing clinical pathways including results and information requests, undertake filing in Patient Records and the Hewitt Centre in accordance with the Trust Records Management Policy.
