Job Title: Client Support Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom
Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days working from the office
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (1 year)
Purpose of the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, the person who turns questions into solutions and positive experiences. If you enjoy solving problems and building relationships, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make a difference.
You’ll support both internal and external clients, handling a wide range of queries and taking real ownership of issues through to resolution and helping to deliver a seamless, professional, and high-quality client experience.
