Are you ready to lead a high-performing team at the intersection of culture and digital innovation? TikTok is looking for a strategic Client Solutions Lead to spearhead our Entertainment & Media vertical.
In this role, you will lead a specialised team consisting of Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) focused on the Film, TV & Streaming sectors. As a key member of our UK leadership team, you will bridge the gap between cinematic storytelling and performance marketing, driving revenue growth and product adoption for the world’s most iconic media brands.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive Vertical Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by fostering growth across the UK Entertainment and Media book of business. Champion strategic product adoption to drive tune-in, ticket sales, and subscriptions.
– Build & Lead: Lead and inspire a world-class team of CSMs. You will be responsible for developing talent, creating efficient structures, and training the team to act as “Entertainment Consultants” who understand the nuances of a theatrical window or a new series launch.
– Cultivate Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with c-level stakeholders at major studios, broadcasters, and media agencies. Maintain a continuous dialogue to ensure TikTok remains the primary partner for every major cultural release.
– Strategise & Execute: Manage the growth strategy for the Entertainment portfolio. Ensure flawless execution of complex, multi-layered campaigns and iterate based on real-time community sentiment and performance insights.
– Leverage Entertainment Data: Use data to identify fandom trends and create best practices that help clients turn viewers into advocates. Coach the team on data-driven storytelling and full-funnel measurement specific to media consumption.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Creator Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure our ad products evolve with the needs of the media industry. Serve as the internal go-to expert on the Entertainment landscape.
– Lead Thoughtfully: Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert, sharing insights on the future of media and how TikTok is redefining entertainment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing, specifically working with large-scale entertainment or media accounts.
– Proven experience managing people and teams (Leads and/or ICs) in a high-growth environment.
– Deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, including theatrical release cycles and streaming acquisition.
– Skilled in building relationships with CMOs and Heads of Media at major entertainment entities.
– Proficient in data analysis and translating complex metrics into actionable growth stories.
– Hands-on understanding of ad products, programmatic sales, and digital attribution.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a client-facing role.

– Excellent project management and organisational skills.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
– Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
