Role

This is a full-time in office position. As a Client Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth office operations, along with some of the key responsibilities;

• Answering phone calls.
• Managing prospective client inquiries and taking ownership of the pipeline.
• Coordinating client communications and document preparation.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars.
• Supporting legal professionals by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.

About You

• Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure client interactions with professionalism and composure.

• Proficient in office software and client relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Proficient in client services and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients in a clear manner.

• Organised and efficient with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
