We have a unique opportunity arisen for a customer-focussed individual to work in our North London Office based in North Finchley.
As one of North London’s leading Chartered Surveyors firm, Lamar have a first class reputation for providing the very best in people, expertise and experience, whatever your property needs. Through closely integrated and highly skilled teams, we offer clients a complete range of property services.
Naturally patient and calm under pressure, you will be handling a high volume of customer telephone calls and enquiries together with dealing with leads for bookings of different property surveys and typing of property site notes. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously. Crucial to this position are excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people.
You will have the following to excel in this role:
– Able to working unsupervised with a positive attitude
– Sales experience
– Fast Thinker
– Strong communication skills (both Verbal and Written)
– Patient, can manage stressful situations without losing sense of priority
– Flexibility and a high degree of adaptability and good use of initiative
– Strong organisation skills
– Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously
– Excellent telephone manner
– Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM)
– Customer Service experience
