Full job description
We are hiring a Client Partner with strong experience in the Retail domain and a proven track record in selling Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), Data Platforms, and Analytics solutions.
This role will focus on driving strategic growth across UK/EU retail clients, building executive relationships, and delivering value through data-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic retail accounts (Fashion, Grocery, eCommerce, Omnichannel)
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
- Sell Data-as-a-Service offerings, including:
- Customer analytics & personalization
- Demand forecasting & pricing analytics
- Supply chain & inventory optimization
- Retail data platforms (cloud-based)
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders:
- CIO, CDO, Head of Digital, Merchandising Heads
- Identify opportunities in:
- Data monetization
- Omnichannel transformation
- AI/ML-driven retail insights
- Partner with:
- Pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams
- Create account plans, pipeline forecasts, and GTM strategies
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures
- Stay updated on:
- UK/EU retail trends
- GDPR and data compliance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 8–15+ years of experience in:
- Retail sales / consulting
- Data, Analytics, or Digital solution selling
- Strong experience in enterprise account management
- Proven success in:
- New logo acquisition + account expansion
- Solid understanding of:
- Retail value chain (Merchandising, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Store Ops)
- Experience selling:
- DaaS / SaaS / Analytics / Cloud solutions

- Retail data platforms (CDP, CRM, POS analytics)

Pay: £124,420.00-£249,759.15 per year
