About Us
Established in 1991, The Will Bureau is one of North London’s longest-established specialist estate planning companies. For almost 35 years, we have supported individuals and families with wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration matters, building a reputation for professionalism, personal service and attention to detail.
Our clients are varied, with many based across London and the Home Counties, although we also assist families further afield. We are a small and experienced office-based team, and we are now looking for a reliable and organised Client & Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
This is a varied administrative role combining client communication, office administration and CRM management within a professional office environment.
You will often be the first point of contact for new clients and professional introducers, helping to arrange appointments, maintain accurate records and ensure matters progress smoothly through our internal processes.
Many of our clients are dealing with important personal and family matters, so professionalism, empathy and attention to detail are essential qualities for the role.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured office environment, communicates well with people and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and client care.
As a small office-based team, regular in-person communication and collaboration are an important part of how we work.
