Cleaner – Full time – London W1A – 40 hours per week Full Time

START MONDAY 18TH MAY
We are looking for 2 professional, active and pro-active, experienced commercial cleaners to take on this full time, ongoing role for our prestigious client site in London W1A.

Our client is looking for someone with solid cleaning experience which includes internal window cleaning as that is a necessity for this role. Your job will be split between internal window cleaning and general office cleaning to ensure that the building is always looking its best for the staff as well as high profile visitors. This is a role that requires attention to detail, high standards and flexibility and for people to take ownership of their role.

40 Hours per week
Days – Monday to Friday each week
Times – 07.00 start initially – may change to 06.00/06.30 after a while please note – early morning is the ideal time to ensure any window cleaning is done. 8 hours onsite per day.

These roles may go longer term or poss temp to perm for the right candidates.

General Job Overview

– You will be responsible for ensuring we are providing a high-quality cleaning service to their offices including communal, office, kitchen and toilet areas with a high amount of internal window cleaning.

Person Specification

– A minimum of 2 years commercial cleaning experience; office cleaning preferred which includes window cleaning

– Presentable and personable as cleaning during the working day and around staff and visitors

– Able to work alone or part of a team

– You need to be flexible, proactive and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You should be calm under pressure and of course be able to clean to an exceptionally high standard.

– You must have a good standard of English and excellent customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills.

Pay
£13.85 p/hr PAYE, accrued holiday pay.. Self employed welcome with correct documentation.

Please note – If this role does go permanent the hourly rate may work out less however you would then get full large company benefits.
