You’ll act as the key point of contact for residents, the client, and the supply chain, ensuring works are completed to programme and with minimal disruption.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day site operations on a live buildingCoordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and quality targetsOverseeing health & safety, RAMS, and permit systemsMaintaining excellent resident relations — ensuring clear communication, safety, and respect for occupied environmentsProducing accurate site reports, inspections, and progress updatesEnsuring compliance and valid certification across all site personnelWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing cladding or façade remediation works in occupied residential buildingsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of health & safety within refurbishment projectsConfident working with Viewpoint and Field View systems (essential)A proactive, hands-on manager who can balance sensitivity, speed, and safetyThe DetailsLocation: Canada Water (must live within 30–45 minutes’ travel)Start Date: End of MayDuration: Approx. 26 weeksContract Type: Freelance preferred (permanent option available)Rate / Salary: £280 per day (freelance) or £55,000–£60,000 packageReports to: Contracts Manager (weekly visits)This is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering quality remedial works with a focus on safety, resident care, and professional delivery.Interested?
