What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert advice and support through our national CLA telephone service
- Help clients navigate SEN decisions, EHCPs and tribunal processes
- Deliver high‑quality casework that truly changes lives
- Spot emerging issues and help us influence system‑wide change
- Work with a passionate, values‑driven team committed to justice and equality
We’ll give you full training in education law, legal aid processes, tribunal work and our internal systems — so you’re set up to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience delivering advice to clients
- A structured, methodical approach to casework
- Strong communication skills — especially conveying complex information clearly
- A passion for fairness, inclusion, and empowering those who need it most
Knowledge And Experience Of SEN Law Is Essential.
What you need to know
- Hours are negotiable
- The services operates between 9.00am to 6.00pm and cover will be arranged on a rota basis.
- Remote working will be considered
