Children’s Support Worker – Complex NeedsWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Children’s Support Worker to support a young teenager with multiple complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a young person’s life through consistent, person-centred care.About the RoleYou will be supporting a young individual with:Multiple complex needsDown Syndrome and AutismSevere learning disabilitiesSignificant communication difficulties (non-verbal)Self-injurious behavioursEmotional regulation Your role will involve providing tailored support, promoting wellbeing and ensuring a safe environment at all times. Further training and ongoing development will be provided.
