We are looking for a Change Associate to join our growing Change Function.About The RoleAs a Change Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of change management interventions across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and learn from a variety of stakeholders and highly experienced change professionals.Reporting to the Programme & Change Principal, you will support the successful delivery of change initiatives aligned to Royal Mail Group’s transformation agenda.You will: Support the embedding of effective change management practices, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable adoption across the organisation Contribute to developing a positive change culture by supporting colleagues through periods of transformation Provide analytical and operational support to the Change Management team, enabling effective planning, execution, and evaluation of change interventionsAbout You A recent graduate (or final year student) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field or 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar change role A strong interest in organisational change, transformation, and people focused initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and engaging with a variety of audiences An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointExtra Benefits Family friendly support – enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave Supportive and generous company sick pay Funded Dental – As a manager you are eligible to a level of employer funded dental insurance* Health Assessment – As a manager you are eligible to an employer funded health assessment every 2 years* Benefits Account – You will have access to your personal benefits account on our ‘My Bundle+’ platform.
