JOB TITLE: Change & Transformation Manager LOCATION: Exeter SALARY: £36,000 – £45,000 WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent THE BUSINESS: C4S Search are pleased to be working with a fast-growing technology-led organisation operates across multiple markets. THE CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER OPPORTUNITY: Design, implement and embed new business processes aligned to long-term company strategyAssess and improve existing processes to drive operational efficiency and scalabilityLead structured change initiatives using recognised change management frameworksPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure change is adopted, embedded and measuredGovern processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal controls YOUR KEY SKILLS: Essential – Proven experience leading organisational change in complex, cross-functional environmentsStrong project lifecycle management skills, including stakeholder engagement and governanceAbility to influence at senior leadership level and manage resistance to changeAnalytical mindset with experience defining and tracking success metricsHigh emotional intelligence with a people-first approach to changeDesirable – Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)Change management training (e.g. ADKAR, APMG)Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Confluence or ClickUpExposure to ISO-regulated environmentsIf you are interested in the Change and Transformation Manager role, please send an application detailing proof of the above or contact Shona in our office.
