Cash Admin/Dispatcher Full Time

Responsibilities

• You shall accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records.
• You will manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers,
• You will monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office.
• We expect you to maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution.
• You shall work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently.
• We expect you to adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.
• We expect you to participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• You must be proficient in handling and reconciling cash transactions accurately.
• We require you to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with our team and clients effectively.
• Your ability to follow established security protocols for cash handling is essential.
• It’s important that you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
• You should work effectively towards time critical windows.
• Your capability to work independently and take initiative will be crucial for this role.
